He is survived by his two sisters, Mary Bartnik and Kathryn (James) Barkulis, one brother, William (Elaine) Arvidson, along with numerous nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Patricia (Turner) Arvidson.
David worked with integrity and kindness at Jerry’s Collision in Schaumburg, IL for 30 years where he achieved the position of General Manager while being so much more than His title indicates. He believed in community and was dedicated to healthy living which is why he had an ownership interest in Food Shed Co-Op.
He was a devout Christian and loved Jesus Christ, he was a member of Crystal Lake Christian Church, where he was baptized, serving as a Deacon for three years and an Elder from July of 2021 until his passing.
There will be a Memorial Service at Crystal Lake Christian Church on June 18th with visitation starting at 10:00, service at 11:00 with a fellowship meal to follow at approximately 12:00 noon.
