Timothy "Tim" James Montgomery

Timothy James Montgomery, 41, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019. He was born April 13, 1977. Tim is survived by his parents: Cheryl (Mike) Kendrick; his daughter: Alyssa; his grandfather: Dale Montgomery; his aunts and uncles: Judi, Deb, Dale Jr., Sue (Mark), and Joe; his cousins: Mike (Lindsay), Chris (Jen), Melissa (Mike), Bryan (Maryam), Bradley (Kelsey), D.J., Kyle, Amber, Tanya and many other family and friends. Tim is preceded in death by his grandmother, Marge Montgomery; his aunt, Barb Montgomery; and his cousin, Steve Ebel. The visitation will be from 4-7pm, on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 West Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. The Funeral will take place at McHenry County Memorial Park, 11301 Lake Ave., Woodstock, IL 60098 at 11am, with a continued visitation beginning at 10am, at the Cemetery Chapel.
