Mr. Adam Thelbert Phillips

Funeral Services for Mr. Adam Thelbert Phillips, age 47, of Cullman, will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 27, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, with Father Patrick Egan, O.S.B. officiating.

Adam was born in Covington, Kentucky, on November 9, 1965. He passed away at his residence surrounded by family on Friday, May 24, 2013.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Burnard G. and Tresse Nicholas Phillips; and William M. and Agnes Rose Price.

Survivors include his Parents – Thelbert and Janet Price Phillips of Cullman; one Sister – Nina Marie (Shawn R.) Moyer of Germantown, OH; two 2 – Brothers – Dwight E. Phillips and Nicholas S. Phillips both of Cullman; one Niece – Delana S. Moyer of Germantown, OH and two 2 – Nephews – Anthony Simpson U.S. Army, Hawaii and Scott T. Simpson of Germantown, OH; and numerous other family.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home for visitation on Sunday, May 26, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:30 p.m.
