Mrs. Ann Lee Nichols Cook

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ann Teal Cook, age 75, of Hanceville, will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Center Hill Baptist Cemetery, with Bro. Dean Burtram & Bro. Lonnie Goodwin officiating.

Ann Teal Cook, born June 19, 1937, passed away in her home on May 25, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lillian Irene (Walker) Nichols and Hugh Braton Nichols; her husband, Bill Cook and long time friend, Ernie “Boots” Phillips.

She is survived by a very special friend, Bill Herring; her Daughter, Debi Teal (Robert Reynolds) her Step-Daughter, Kelley Jordan (Keith Jordan); two Granddaughters, Cori Patrum (Kourtney Quick) and Dana Jordan; one Great-Grandchild, Ayden Grant; two Brothers, Sam Nichols (Linda Nichols) and David Nichols (Janette Nichols) and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.

Ann worked for Bellsouth / AT&T for 30 plus years. She retired with a host of friends from over the years and considered them as family. The family would like to thank all the “prayer warriors”, family and friends. Your love, prayers and support were graciously felt.

In Lieu-of-Flowers, donations to Midway Missionary Baptist Church or Omega Hospice of Cullman are requested.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home for visitation on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
