Arthur is survived by daughters, Tresa (George) Mefford; Nanette Smith and LeighAnn (Ronald) DeLuga; grandchildren, Allyssa Mefford, Jacob (Roshan) DeLuga and Eric (Marlene) DeLuga; brother, Stan Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Arthur was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Ann Smith, parents Artice and Rudy Smith, and brother Gerald Smith.
A visitation for Arthur will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 12:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Ave North West, Cullman, AL 350555827, followed by a celebration of life funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
