Mrs. Barbara Moody Moody Roberson

Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Moody Roberson, age 73, of Cullman, will be held on Friday, June 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Cullman City Cemetery, with Dennis Trimble and Jack Collins officiating.

Mrs. Roberson was on was born in Cullman, on July 2, 1937 to the late Ellis and Eunice Pitts Moody. She passed away at Woodland Village on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Barbara was a lifelong member of Northside Baptist Church, the Chairman of the Beautification Committee for many years at the church and co-owned the Punkin Patch with her daughter for 13 years. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her Husband – Charles Robert “Bobby” Roberson; one Daughter – Terrie Roberson Hood and One Son-in-Law – Terry Hood; one Son – Charles Richard “Rick” Roberson; three 3 – Grandchildren – Roberson James “Robbie” (Jennifer) Abt, Katie Abt and Kirsten Hood.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 17, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Heaton, Jerry Mason, Don Froelick, Jerry Tuggle, H.D. “Pete” Harris and Duane Roberson
