Funeral services for Mr. Clifford Adams Lowe will be Friday, April 12, 2013 at 1 PM from Bluff Park Methodist Church in Hoover, Rev. Reid Crotty officiating. He will lie in state at the church Friday from 11 – 1. Moss-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will be Saturday, April 13 at Oakwood Cemetery, Lanett, AL. at 2 PM, EDT with Johnson Brown Service Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Lowe passed away Tuesday, April 9 at CRMC at the age of 82. He was born June 22, 1930 in Lee Co. Alabama. Mr. Lowe was vice president of Brown Service / Liberty National Insurance Co.
Mr. Lowe is preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Adney Louise Lowe, brothers; Robert and Harold Lowe, and a sister; Mary Frances Hollis.
Survivors include a daughter; Lisa (Carlton) Young, son; Ross (Stephanie) Lowe, grandchildren; Emma Lowe, Dakota Pope and Brady Pope.
Local visitation will be Thursday, April 11 from 6 – 8 pm at Moss-Service Funeral Home. Visitation in Lanett will be Saturday, April 13 from 12 noon to 1:30 at Johnson Brown Service Funeral Home.
