James Lambert, 95, died March 21, 2017 after living a wonderfully full life. From local salesman, to WWII veteran of the US Navy, to ministering many churches in Northern and Central Alabama, to business owner and operator of Warehouse Boots and Shoes in Huntsville, Alabama up until the ripe old age of 93, James lived his life to the fullest. This avid Auburn fan enjoyed collecting coins and knives, hunting quail and traveling all over the US in his motor home with his beloved wife. James married the love of his life, Dec 24, 1940, at age 19. Today he is survived by his wife of 76 years, Alice Vann Lambert, daughters- Delores and Bogie Kell, Shelia and Bill Sandlin, Sherry and Jack Collins, sons- Jimmy Lambert, Phillip Lambert, and Eddie Lambert, Brother- Richard Driskell, 20 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel in Cullman at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Dudley Brock officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Attalla Alabama. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home.
