Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Lee "Outlaw" League, Sr., age 63 of Cullman, will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Simcoe Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Shannon Kenny officiating.
Mr. League was born on October 19, 1948 in Cullman to the late Eugene & Elmar Weaver League. He passed away at his home on Sunday, July 1, 2012. He had been a truck driver.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Eula Bella Burks and Imogene Farr; one brother, Jimmy League and one grandchild, Raven Ski League.
Survivors include, his wife - Hilda Price League; 2 - daughters - Tina (Mike) Butler and Tammy (Chuck) Wilson; 2 - Sons - Jeremy (Kim) League and Chris (Janet) McDowell; one brother - Melvin League; 7 - Grandchildren - Odie & Abby League, Olivia Butler, Hunter & Hanna McDowell; Jason & Triniedy Wilson.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.
