Funeral services for Nola Gorman Hicks, 79, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Danny Ellis officiating, with interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hicks passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Nov. 27, 1932, in Cullman to William and Rachel Huffstutler Gorman.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Henry Hicks; and a daughter, Jan Hicks.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Lacey and Sherry (Rex) Buckelew; two brothers, Dwight (Linda) Gorman and Larry (Gloria) Gorman; grandchildren, Stacey (Kenneth) Twitty, Heath Laney (Shana) Carrie Laney, Josh (Wendy) Buckelew; great-grandchildren, Skyler, Lance and Kelsey Twitty, Abby and Zach Laney, Livia Laney and Jackson Buckelew; and step grandchildren, Jason and Mikky Buckelew.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
