Mr. Sherwin Wendell Williams of Joppa Alabama passed away on December 6, 2017 at his residence at the age of 84. He was born in Cullman Alabama on February 21, 1933 to Ivan E. and Dixie Calvert Williams. He is preceded in death by his wife: Meredith Carpenter Williams.
Graveside services will be on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Corinth Baptist Cemetery in Joppa with Bishop Gene Williams officiating.
Survivors are: Daughter LaDonna Williams, Sons Sherwin Wendell Williams Jr., Roger Ivan Williams, Carl Elliott Williams, Reginald Bruce Williams, Sisters Kay Francis Stewart, Shelby Jean Ledyard, Brothers: Rayburn Williams, Sammy Wayne Williams, Billy Ray Williams, Roy Lynn Williams, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday, December 8, 2017 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
