Shirley Dale Haymon

She was born January 28, 1936 in Crane Hill and lived most of her life there. She was a member at Mt. Hope Baptist church and taught Sunday School for many years. She had a great passion for planting flowers. She was greatly loved and will be missed by her family.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ray Haymon, Cullman, three daughters; Ranae (Gene Ramsay) Heaven, Norcross, GA, Rhoda (David) Whitlock, Cullman, Sherry (Michael) Nash, Bessemer, two sons; Elton (Angie) Haymon, Arab, Dale (Tammy) Haymon, Athens, a brother; Jimmy Lott, a sister; Cleo McLeroy, eleven grandchildren;, Zachary (Laura) Heaven, Jacob (Sara) Heaven, Sarah (A.J.) Walsh, Rachel (Erick) Rodriguez, Joshua Nash, Michelle (Jamie) Berry, Ragan Haymon, Ryan (Taylor Ann) Haymon, Breanna Haymon, Ben Haymon, Luke Haymon and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Ulysses and Dale Lott, five brothers; Cecil Lott, Alton Lott, Charlie Lott, Willie Lott, Donald Lott, two sisters, Vanita Tucker and Mildred Abbott, and a grandson, Caleb Haymon.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 27th form 5:00 am – 8:00 pm at Mt. Hope Baptist Church in Crane Hill. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 28th at 11:00 am at Mt. Hope Baptist Church. She will be buried at Livingston Chapel Methodist Church in Crane Hill.
