Sophia was a bright, beautiful soul who lit up every room with her radiant smiles and stunning beauty. A standout student and athlete, she excelled in Track and Cross Country, and her fierce spirit was matched by her tender heart. Known for her kindness, Sophia always checked in on friends, complimenting them daily, her cute laugh lifting spirits instantly. A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she cherished her faith and family. Animals were her passion, and she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian.
Sophia is survived by her parents, Eric and Emilee Aldridge; twin sister, Madelyn; brothers, Harrison and Wyatt; great-grandfather, Dr. Michael Homer; grandparents, Barlow and Kristy Blake, Susan Aldridge, and Grandmother Vonk; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Savannah Aldridge, her grandfathers, and great-grandmother.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 16, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the service immediately following. Burial will be at Flint Creek Cemetery. Sophia’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her—a smart, funny, and fiercely loving soul gone too soon.
