Barbara Webb

Barbara Minick Webb was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose love for her family knew no bounds. She was the beloved wife of Armon Webb, with whom she shared a life centered around caring for those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Reno Minick and Carl Minick, and her brothers, Jake Minick and Allen Minick.

She leaves behind her loving siblings, Delores Carpenter and Kevin Minick, as well as her cherished children: Leslie Webb, Heather Webb, and Daniel Webb, and daughter-in-law, Tiffany Webb.

Barbara was a proud and loving grandmother to Anthony, Nicholas, Josiah, Madison, Ashton, and Kingston, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Brantley, and Kayson, who brought her immense joy.

In addition, she leaves behind her loving mother-in-law, Ellen Webb, and sister-in-law, Rhonda Marshall.

Barbara will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and her unwavering, unconditional love for her family and friends. Her legacy of love will live on in all who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, Virginia 22701, on March 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Clore-English Funeral Home on March 26, 2026, at 11:00 am.

Burial and Committal Service will take place at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, 4160 Rixeyville Road, Jeffersonton, Virginia 22724, on March 26, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
