David Jameson Hunt

David was born to Russell Hunt and Sarah Dwyer Hunt in Culpeper, VA, January 11, 1946. He enjoyed his friends, golf, family, especially his grandchildren, who affectionately called him “Poppy”.

Surviving David are his children, Karie Hunt Lane and her husband Alan of Boston, VA and Kevin Hunt and his wife Lisa of Broad Run, VA; his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Hunt, Brandon Cole Hunt, Ashleigh Marie Scott, Ryan Christian Scott, Sarah Ann Lane and Maggie Russel Lane; brother, John A “Jack” Hunt of Old Hickory, TN and a number of nieces, nephews.

David is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Florence Hunt, brothers, Russell B. “Russ” Hunt and Charles Bradford “Brad” Hunt and sister Betty Hunt Fant.

There will be a visitation Sunday, November 11, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Clore-English Funeral Home. Graveside services for both Florence and David will be private.
