Frances Karen Mullins, “Dopey”, 66, of Rhoadesville passed away on Thursday January 29, 2026. She was born on October 31, 1959. She is survived by her husband Lynn; daughters Anita, Sheila (spouse Charlie) and Tiffany; brothers Bert and Jimmie; two grandchildren, two adopted grandchildren as well as an army of sister in laws, brother in laws, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Velvia and Willis Darnell; along with siblings Edith, Shirley, Billy and Curtis.
She also leaves behind a beloved work crew, some of whom she worked with for decades.
A visitation will be held on February 12, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Clore-English Funeral Home, located at 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, Virginia, 22701.
The funeral service will follow at the same location, starting at 12:00 pm.
A graveside committal will take place at 1:00 pm on the same day at Remington Cemetery, 11910 Cemetery Rd, Remington, Virginia.
