Theresa Kim Riddell

Kim Carpenter Riddell, 58, of Culpeper, VA passed away in Culpeper Regional Hospital, Sunday, February 3, 2013. Kim was born to James Harris Carpenter and Norma Schoonover Carpenter, June 25, 1954. She enjoyed traveling, NASCAR, country music, the Redskins and her cats Ricky and Benny.

Surviving Kim is her husband Richard Riddell of Culpeper; her aunts, Helen Wickline of Florida, Frances White of Orange, VA, Bobbie Lohr of Waynesboro, VA and Virginia Hall of Madison, VA; her nephews, Toby Carpenter of California, Harris Carpenter of North Carolina and Kelsie Carpenter of Reston, VA. and her god-child Jennifer Ray Middleton of Newton, NC. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jeff Carpenter.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeffery C. Schroeder conducting the service. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Humane Society of Culpeper, P.O. Box 1224, Culpeper, VA 22701.
