Donat was born on November 8, 1946 in Campbellton, NB to the late Yvonne (Lanteigne) Benoit and the late Valere Benoit.
He is survived by his sister Thérèse Benoit Jenning and his very good friend Jeanne Mentis. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Antoinette McCuster and Diane Benoit and his brothers Claude Benoit and Gilles Benoit.
A Graveside Service for Donat will be held on July 4, 2024 at 11:00 am at the St. John Bosco Cemetery.
