Born in Eel River Bar on May 16, 1943 son of the late Marie Rebecca Pictou and the late Isaac LaBillois.
Howard worked as a machinist for 37 years at the mill in Dalhousie. He was an avid card player and Montreal hockey fan.
He is survived by his four sisters Barbara (Steve) MYRA (Carl), Tina and Ann, his sister-in-law‘s Roberta Maxine (Gill) Jessie, Kirk (Maureen) Mona and Paula. He is also survived by his five special nieces Veronica Francis Payton, McKenzie, Crystal also by his two nephews Kevin and Christopher and many more nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Maher’s Funeral Home, 421 Victoria St., Dalhousie, on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 pm. To attend the visitations, Public Health Guidelines must be followed.
A Graveside Service will be held and announced at a later date.
