Lydia Larsen

Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on January 23, 2018 at the age of 95, Mrs Lydia Larsen. Born in Lorne, NB on October 4, 1922, daughter of the late Edward Lapointe and late Bertha May Godin.

She is survived by 7 children; Thomas Larson (Jeannette) of Dalhousie, NB, Diana Leslie (late Herburt) of Blacks Harbour, NB, Charles Larson (Evelyn) of Campbellton, NB, Vaughon Larson of Cross Point, QC, Lloyd Larson of New Mills, NB, Darlene Babin (Micheal) of Dalhousie, NB, Marlene Larsen of Dalhousie, NB and 21 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren, 12 Great-Great-Grandchildren, as well as 3 sisters; Claudine Guitard (Edgar) of Belledune, NB, Florence Francoeur (Clement) of Balmoral, Eileen Murray (Ray) of Hamilton, ON and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by 12 brothers & sisters; her sons, Louis & Lloyd and 2 daughters, Lynn & Marina Larsen (Arseneault) and one grandson Ricky Grenier.

A funeral mass will be held at St. John Bosco Church, Dalhousie, Thursday at 2:00 pm.

At the request of the family, there will be no visitation.

The family would like to thank Rose Home Care and Dalhousie Nursing Home.
