Abby Rothschild of Baltimore, MD. passed away on June 8. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am at Shearith Israel Memorial Park, 4634 Dolphin Road, Dallas, TX. Contributions in Abby's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
Abby grew up in Dallas and graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1961. She received her BA from Goucher College and her Masters from Yale. Among her passions were traveling abroad, rescue dogs, musicals, and her wonderful friends. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Miriam and Dr. Joseph Rothschild.
Survivors include sister Dr. Jennie Rothschild and Dr. W. Jonathan Lederer of Baltimore, MD, sister Riki and Dr. Michael Zide of Ft. Worth, TX, and brother Robert Rothschild and Cindy Scherban of Los Angeles, CA; her devoted nieces and nephews Miriam Lederer, Rebecca Lederer, Jacob Zide, and Joseph Zide; and many loving family members and friends.
