My deepest condolence to his wife and daughters. Alfonso was an amazing man I knew him for years, he was always willing to give you a helping hand and loved his wife and daughters so much.  

He helped finish raising her daughters and took them in as his very own. He saw these girls grow up and become young woman and was there for every milestone.  He helped them achieve accomplishments within themselves and educational.  

He had 5 grandkids from them which he adored, he was a young soul and loved kids.  He would spend as much time as he was able to with them. 

He will be missed dearly. As he left all of them behind, they have all now gained a guardian angel.

Fly high Alfonso, watch us and guide us. Give your wife and daughters the strength and guidance they will need. Help them stay strong. Say hi to my dad and we will meet again.

Losing someone who’s been part of your life for so long who’s loved you like his own, who called you daughter not by blood, but by bond is a special kind of grief. Your stepdad didn’t just marry your mom… he chose you, too. From the time you were a teenager, he stood by your side, cared for you, and loved you deeply.

He saw you grow, believed in you, and was so proud of the woman you’ve become. The kind of love you shared isn’t defined by titles it’s defined by time, by presence, and by heart. And he loved you with his whole heart.

My condolences also go out to Alfonzo's (our) cousins, Joe Garza and his wife, Kelly; Jessie Rivera and his wife, Margaret; their daughter, Rachel Rivera and her husband, Leo Gonzales; Edward (Junior) Gonzales and his wife, Selena. These cousins were present to support us during my brother's visitation and funeral in Dallas.
Alfonzo was predeceased by his parents, Adolfo Morales Ybarra and Juanita Garza; siblings, Esperanza (Garza) Renteria, Manuel Adolfo, Elvida Lopez, Ricardo (Ybarra) Romero, Robert (Bobby), and Raymond.

My condolences go out to Alfonzo's two sons, Ray, his wife, Tiffany, and Nate Beran, his wife, Solie. Grandsons: Chris, his wife, Kelli, Zachary, his wife, Victoria; grandchildren, Layla, Liam, and Loki; great-grandsons, Lathan, Jameson, Ethan, Yurick, and Luca. Ray's ex-wife (Chris and Zachary's Mother) Robin Ybarra and Nate's Mother, Elizabeth Peters.

My brother Lance and I were very close to our uncle. I was born on his 28th birthday. Now I will celebrate it without him here but with remembrance of him.  
My 1st grownup vacation, I went to Dallas and spent a week with my Uncle Al.  Lance returned home from an Army stint in Iraq. His layover was in Dallas. He missed his connection home because he called Uncle  Al to come get him and they spent the week together.
Uncle Al showed up for us! He will always be remembered with love and greatly missed. 
Many thanks to my friend Betty who showed up for Uncle Al when he needed a ride home after a procedure last year. .  He wanted to take UBER home! At 88 years old!! 
What a man! RIP Uncle Al.

Expressing deep appreciation for the US Navy Service of Alfonzo Reginald Ybarra for our nation. Prayers are ascending to heaven for comfort for his family and friends in their loss. May he rest in his new “heavenly deployment” with his Savior and preceding loved ones.

Last picture of me and my father..this was really a sad time..my father called me and begged me to come that he needed help..he was being mistreated at his home and was scared. I should have never trusted certain people and got my dad out of there. This will haunt me all of my life.

Since you couldn’t go to the party the party came to you! You were never left out we love you so much and will always miss you

It’s hard to put into words what someone like him meant, not just to his family, but to everyone lucky enough to cross paths with him. He proudly served his country, and you could always feel that quiet strength and honor in the way he carried himself. But beyond his service, what I’ll always remember is how kind he was to me; always welcoming, always generous with his time, and always making me feel like part of the family. And in a lot of ways, I was.

I can still picture him sitting at McDonald’s with his cup of coffee and a newspaper, just soaking in the moment. That was his time, simple, peaceful, and perfectly him. He also had a soft spot for Jack in the Box coffee too. It’s the little things like that that stick with you, the rituals that tell you more about a person than any big speech ever could.

One memory I hold close is the day I cleaned his car. I originally planned to just do the inside, but something about it made me want to go all out. I ended up washing, buffing, and polishing the whole thing. I didn’t even plan it, it just felt right. And I think that says something about who he was: he inspired care and effort just by being himself.

His presence, his warmth, his way of making you feel seen, those things don’t disappear. They stay with you. He’ll forever be a part of our lives, a constant in our memories and hearts. He was a good man, a great soul, and this world was better because he was in it.

Rest easy.

Rip uncle Al my heart felt condolences on the passing of your dad Ray , he was a good man and will be missed , every time I go to a McDonald’s I think of him we always would run in to him he loved his McDonald breakfast … he had a beautiful smile.

Al, my sisters and I met you at a Morales Reunion and we shared a hotel room with you. We had such an awesome time with you.  So glad we spent some time with you cousin. May you rest in peace.  Amen 🙏🏽
