Alice Puro was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Louis and Frances Paulich on August 11, 1927. She was married to Raymond J. Puro for 23 years. Alice worked in the library at the University of Dallas for 40 years, and the University was always an important part of her life.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Puro and oldest daughter Cathy Daniel. She is survived by daughter, Susan Puro; three sons, Paul, John, and David Puro; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Hill Cemetery's North Chapel in the Main Mausoleum. Interment will follow in cemetery. A reception will be held in her honor at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, Reception Room after services.
