Angelique Marie Starr

Angel was born in Dallas, Texas, on April 30, 1971, to Francis J. and Ginger Creacy. She graduated from Skyline High School and continued to receive a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from UTD. Angel was married to Alan W. Starr on November 2, 1991 and they were married for 34 years.

Angel worked as an Administrative Assistant for Richland College with DCCCD for 24 years and then RISD for another 2 years. She enjoyed advanced coloring books, Vera Bradley products, beading, and reading.

Angel is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia (Ginger) Creacy; her father, F.J (Chris) Creacy; and her half sister, Sarah J. Montgomery.

Angel is survived by her husband, Alan W. Starr; her niece, Jessica Montgomery and daughter Heaven Welch; her nephew, Michael Montgomery; her close friend, Trela Abad; and other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Grove Hill Funeral home with Mark Van Horn officiating.
