Anita was raised in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She married Primo Martinez in 1953 and the couple had two Children. She was a reweaver at Anita's Weaving Shop where she worked for more than 30 years.
In her spare time Anita enjoyed Knitting, gardening, cooking and traveling. Her family and friends will always remember her as a responsible caretaker, serving in many capacities including the Guadalupanas.
She is preceded in death by: Her husband, parents, four brothers and two sisters.
Survived by: Son Marco Martinez, daughter Elena Martinez, grandson David Martinez, granddaughter in law, brother Rosendo Soto, sisters Elsa Soto and Bertha Soto, many nieces and nephews, cats Bailey and Spencer.
