In her spare time, she enjoyed doing anything and everything from landscaping to painting. She was was a jack of all trades. Her family and friend will always remember her as a strong, outspoken and hard working woman.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonardo and Sabina Padilla; brothers, Ramon, Augustin, Elias, and Carlos Padilla; sisters, Eucebia Castillo and Lupe Riveria. She was survived by her brothers, Gaudencio and wife, Mary Padilla, Louis and his wife, Esther Padilla; sons, Gill Barrientos, Jr., Cruz Gil Barrientos, Edward Barrientos; daughter, Sabina Padilla and husband, Litakham Padavong; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
