Arthur C. Eckstein, born Sept. 5, 1924 in NY City, NY to Reuben Joseph and Freida Eckstein and passed away Oct. 27, 2011 in Dallas, TX. He was a U.S. Navy veteran during WWII, part owner of Leco Electric and the former owner of North American Cleaning Systems. He enjoyed bowling and building and working on hot rods. Preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie F. Eckstein. Survived by son, Richard G. Eckstein; daughter, Franci B. Quartermaine and fiancée Richard Braund; and grandson, Ethan Phillip David Seidel. Cryptside services 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Garden Mausoleum North, Rabbi Jeffrey Leynor, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
