Beth W. Rounsaville, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend passed away on August 22, 2010. Beth was born on February 7, 1924 in Waco to James B. Wheeler and Willie Allen Bryant. She graduated with honors at Adamson High School and attended El Centro and Dallas College. Mrs. Rounsaville was a longtime member of Kessler Park United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John Q. Rounsaville, M.D.; son Roger Q. Rounsaville; brother J.B. Wheeler and sister Joy Deveraux Brown. Mrs. Rounsaville is survived by son John Q. Rounsaville, Jr. and his wife Marcia; grandson John Q. Rounsaville III and his wife Megan; granddaughter Amanda Howard Rounsaville; niece Michelle Wheeler; nephew James Michael Wheeler and his wife Dianne; and niece Linda Hart Houston. Beth wished to express her heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care that she received from Drs. Cox, Choice, Edmondson, Schneider, Wallner, Ciarochi , Van Meter and caregivers Irma Jean Bailey and Lessie Carden. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, August 26th at Sparkman Hillcrest Northwest Highway Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
