Billy Earl Stephens was born July 31, 1938 to Elizabeth Estelle and Linten Grover Stephens Dallas, Texas.
Billy started his adult life working in the window industry, later in his thirties he began working for Dewie Thornton of Dewie Electric who taught Billy how to be a great electrician. Later in 1994, Billy transferred to Dallas Independent School District and retired from there in 2021, at the wonderful age of 83.
He loved to deer hunt, he loved outdoors, he loved his motorcycles, he loved bow hunting with his son.
Billy loved Glenda, his wife of 66 years, until the day he died.
He loved his children, Kenneth Earl Stephens, Karen Sue Tormey.
He loved his grandchildren, Matthew Stephen Tormey, John Paul Patrick Tormey, Therese Christiana Tormey, Jenny Lynn Heckmann (Bryce).
He loved his great-grandchildren, Hudson Walker Heckmann, Henley Elizabeth Heckmann, Harper Avery Heckmann.
He was loved by many.
He will be missed.
