Camille "Sissy" Thompson died May 1, 2013, in Dallas, TX. She was born on February 22, 1953, in Sherman, TX to Colonel Edwin E. Thompson and Blanche Dyer Thompson Price. She is preceded in death by both parents and stepfather Earnest Ray Price and brother-in-law Gil Sharp. Sissy is survived by her siblings, Linda Anderson, Edwin (Starlyn) Thompson, Sudie Thompson, Mary Price-Sharp and Jeffrey (Stevie) Thompson; nieces and nephews, Thomas Anderson, Julia Ridenour, Justin Thompson, Shawn Thompson, Andrew Thompson, Kelly Alexandra Thompson, Ray Thompson and Sydney Thompson; great-neices and nephews, Dylan Ridenour, Ginny Beth Anderson and Shawn Hunter Pearson; aunt and uncles, Charles R. (Martha) Dyer and Edwin B. Frazier. Sissy is also survived by her longtime companion, Debbie Carpenter and her children, Cody and Megan Carpenter, and grandchild, Diego Carpenter; as well as beloved cousins, friends and her sweet dog, Emma. Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013, 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church, 6525 Inwood Rd., Dallas, TX 75209.
