Cary Lewis Molock, age 72, of Bowie, Tx, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 16, 2022 in Decatur, Tx surrounded by his children and loved ones. He was formerly a lifelong resident of Grand Prairie, Tx. Visitation/viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2022 at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Dallas, TX. Followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m.
Cary was born November 26, 1949 in Rome, Georgia, the son of Oscar and Annie Dell (Garrison) Molock. He worked in the trucking industry for 32 years before retiring in 2017. He enjoyed working on his cars, going to NASCAR and attending sporting events. He loved the outdoors, camping, floating the river, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, family, friends and his dog, Budrow. Cary was loved and will be missed by many.
Cary is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Annie Dell (Garrison) Molock, brothers, Robert Lee Molock, Billy Joe Molock, William Thomas Molock, Hugo Molock, Howard Lee Molock and Daniel Ray Molock and sisters, Sofondra Faye Allen and Mary Delane Grisham. Also, by his former wife, Marie "Penny" Williams.
He is survived by his daughters, Suzette Worley and husband Ray Braddock of Burleson, Tx, Carrie Lynn Little of Bowie, Tx, Bria Leigh and Jason Knotts of Lake City, Co, his son, Brandon William and Jen Molock of Mansfield, Tx. Grandchildren, Jacie Marie Little, Madison Rae Little, Cooper James Little, Sarah Theresa Feinstein and Trey Feigle. Also, by his former wife, Donna Molock, Budrow, his beloved dog and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
