

Charles Brice passed away October 2, 2023, at VITAS Hospice in Carrollton. Charles was 96 years old. He was born January 28, 1927, to Earnest and Thelma (Darby) Brice in Sherman, Texas. Charles was preceded in death by both parents, wife Betty Moore Brice, daughter, Linda Lee Brice, brothers Bill E. Brice, and Richard Caldwell.
Moving to Dallas in 1940, Charles graduated from Adamson High School. He joined the U.S. Coast Guard and served in the South Pacific in World War II. After the war, he married, worked in an office for 5 years and managed a fishing resort for 2 years.
Charles was a professional salesman. He set records in personal sales for both a national houseware company and a national advertising agency before starting his own companies. He owned Belle Ware Company and Brice Sales Company.
He is survived by his sister, Wanda Brice Brunner of Plano, Nephews Bill Brice of Dallas, Jon Pitt of Dallas, Michael Tomas of Dallas and Nieces Julie Brice of Dallas, Carol Brice of Boulder, Susan Brice of Wilmette, Michele Roberts of Plano, Rosanna Ratliff of Dallas, and Suzanna Caldwell-Bare of Dallas.
Services will be at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 6300 S. R. L. Thornton Freeway in Dallas October 9th, at 2 P.M. Viewing is from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. preceding the funeral service.
