Charles Edward Spruell, age 89, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023.
A funeral service for Charles will be held Saturday, February 18, 2023, 11:00 am, at Rayville Methodist Church, 905 S. Louisa St., Rayville, LA, 71269. Following will be a committal service at Mulhearn Memorial Park, 623 US 80, Monroe, LA, 71203.
