Charlotte LaVon Smith was born December 29, 1962, to Alice and Carlos Davis and Richard Barge in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents: John L. Smith and Margurite Smith, (2) Aunts: Johnnie Ruth King and Nina Smith, (2) Sisters: Terrie and Vanessa Barge.
Charlotte attended L.G. Pinkston Sr. High School where she graduated in May 1984. She was employed by Citizens Development Center for 20 years where she attended Faithfully never wanting to miss work. During her earlier years she confessed her life to the Lord at Fountain of the Living Word.
