Consuelo is survived by her beloved husband, Jaime Rodriguez; her daughter Blanca Hurtado (husband, William, decd.); her son Jaime Rodriguez (wife, Brenda, decd.); her son Efrain Rodriguez and wife, Jeannie; her son Ricardo Rodriguez and her daughter Aracely Medrano. Her 9 grandchildren, Melissa (Victor), Elaina (Art), Laura, Jaime (Christy), Jennifer (Chad), Christopher (Monica), Abraham (Christina), Efrain Jr. (Jennifer), and Adam (Ashley); her 27 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
A small service will be held for Consuelo at Grove Hill Cemetery on March 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The inurnment will take place in the Good Shepherd Columbarium.
