

Darrell Charles Fuller was born October 4, 1956, in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Anderson Fuller and Myrtle Mae Fuller. Darrell passed away July 17, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Bryan Adams High School May 29, 1975 then attended Henderson Junior College where he received his Associate Degree in Architecture.
Darrell was employed by The City of Dallas as a Surveyor / Inspector after many years as a valued employee he retired on July 2009.
Darrell was a steadfast provider for his children and grandchildren, and his competitive, athletic nature was evident from his school days through adulthood. He had a true passion for sports like basketball and softball, and equally enjoyed the anticipation of lottery scratch-offs and trips to the casino.
Was very supportive in so many ways when it came to family and friends. He was a giver, and gave wholeheartedly.
When it came to dressing, He was a “STEPPA”, stayed fresh. Kept a fresh haircut, nice cars and trucks. Loved clothes, shoes and hats, dripped in jewelry, and his pants were always starched down with a crease. He loved the finer things in life, and he strived hard to have those things that he enjoyed. He lived his life to the fullest and wants everyone to remember the good things and good times we had with him on Earth.
Preceded in death by his parents: Anderson Fuller and Myrtle Mae Fuller, his siblings: Sherman, Ladon, Milton, Fayetta, Pauline, Ruthie and Gloria.
Darrell leaves to cherish his memories of: daughter, Jazmon Constance Fuller and son, Delvin Oliver Fuller, 4 grandchildren: Zanae Brown, Zarae Fuller, Demetrius Ellis, Ava Fuller, 3 great grandchildren: Zaniyah Brown, Zahmir Fuller, Amerie Lumabao and a host of nieces and nephews that adored him.
Darrell will be missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
