David Garner Hernandez Jr. passed away on January 5, 2017. He was born on June 18, 1931 to the parentage of David and Mary Hernandez in Chicago, IL. David worked as a Machinist and was a member of the Masons. David was married to Nancy Sue Hernandez and had 2 children, David L. Hernandez (Nickie) and Mike Hernandez(Julie) whom he is survived by. He is also survived by 1 sister Esther and a granddaughter. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
