David M. Thurstlic, age 80, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Dave was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on May 4, 1944. He graduated from St. James High School and received and accounting degree from PMI.
Dave was married to Linda Mattsson Thurstlic on July 3, 1986. Dave worked in oil and gas for Sun Oil, Sunoco, Sun Company and Sun Exploration and Production. He had a passion for ushering at St. Pius X, RCIA, lounging in the pool and a glass of wine or a Bud. He loved pets and enjoyed fine dining.
Dave is survived by his wife, Linda Thurstlic and brothers Mike Thurstlic and Jack Thurstlic.
A visitation and rosary will be held for Dave on February 24th from 5 - 7:00PM at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be at 11:00AM on February 25th at St. Pius X with a reception to follow. He will be laid to rest at a later date in Pennsylvania.
