I was out of town these past 2 months and was sorry to hear of Deborah's passing. I worked with Deborah on the Martin Frost campaign, taught with her at HHS and enjoyed Mika's presence on the Mock Trial team.

I knew Deborah when she was Debbie, way back in elementary school, and although I have not seen her in years, it leaves a little hole in my heart knowing she is gone. We sure had a lot of fun back then. I'm sorry Jerome and Mika, I know you will miss her.

I am sorry to learn of Deborah's passing. I worked with Deborah at Medrano in the ESL department. She will be missed by many of her students who were very fond of Ms. Stein. I will miss hearing of her fondness for President Obama. I will always remember her love for her son Mika and how proud she was of him and his accomplishments.
My thoughts and prayers are with Deborah's family and with Mika.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss! I developed a friendship with Deborah at the gym at the JCC! We worked out together and found we had many things in common. I also taught in DISD at one time and would see Deborah at district meetings. My children knew Mika and share their sorrow with you, as well.
Our thoughts are with you. Beth Pessin
