Dena Marie Windham

Windham, Dena Marie passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Dena was born on November 5, 1952 in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Bryan Adams High School, Class of 1971, and attended the University of Texas at Austin for Political Science and Journalism. She was very driven and hardworking while at college she worked for Southwestern Bell and had many internships with many politicians (Ross Perot). After college she was Senior VP at Bozell & Jacobs. She then became a master framer where she worked for several companies. She lived life to its fullest and loved her independence. She was preceded in the death by her parents; Jerry Robert Sr. and JoAnn Windham, and her niece; Priscilla and nephew; Blake. She is survived by her sisters; Pamela Ann Woodard (Mike), Monica Jo Ellsworth (David), and Alicia Mae Youngblood (Phil). Two brothers; Jerry Robert Jr. (Karan) and Daniel Raylee (Nita). 10 beloved nieces and nephews, 13 grand nieces and nephews, cousins, and many close and dear friends. The family would like to thank the entire staff of Mesquite Specialty Hospital Medical Team. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Grove Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park 3920 Samuell Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75228.
