

Diran Keith Jackson, was born January 9, 1959 to the union of Charles and Berniece Jackson. He was raised on the south side of Chicago where he attended W.E.B. Dubois Elementary School and Corliss High School, where graduated with honors and in the top 10% of his graduating class. In the fall of 1977 he attended The University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana. He later returned to Chicago and started working as a bank teller and in 1984 he married his first love Katherine Hatchett in 1985 he became a police officer for Ford Heights, IL where he excelled and was promoted to a sergeant. In 1988 Diran and Kathy gave birth to his first son Charles. In 1993 Diran relocated to Dallas TX in search of a better life.
After moving to Texas Diran later met MaDeirdre (Dee Dee) in 1997 and they gave birth to baby girl (Cato)in 1998. Throughout his time in Dallas, Diran had many jobs becoming a jack of all trades before finding his niche with Comcast, Time Warner and now Spectrum Communication Services. He was promoted to a regional communications and service tech trainer for Charter Communications for the State of Texas. Diran was a proud father of 2 and grandfather of 3 who loved sports events, BBQing, his friends and family, traveling, and of course a cigar and a cocktail.
Diran leaves behind to cherish his memory his Son (Charles) Daughter (Cato) Grandchildren Caeden ,Cai, and Cam, Siblings Barbara, Larry, Rodney, Bonnye, Chandra, Dwayne and Marshall, and a host of nieces and nephews cousins and friends.
