Donald was born Sept. 3, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA and passed away January 27, 2012 in Garland, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother. Donald is survived by his children, Margaret Groves, Donald Wagner Jr., Roy Wagner and Sandra Jonesee; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert T. Wagner. He was retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of service. Arrangements under the direction of Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home, Dallas, TX.
