Born to the heritage of Willie and Ruth Sullivan on December 28, 1953 in Dallas, Texas. He was an alumnus of Bishop Dunne Catholic High School in Dallas, Texas and from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas. He was employed by the Internal Revenue Services for many years and retired eleven years ago.
He completed his journey on June 7, 2020 in Lancaster, Texas. Dwayne had a true passion for the game of baseball and continued to play and umpire softball for all of his adult life.
Dwayne was preceded in death by brother (Christopher Sullivan) and parents (Willie and Ruth Sullivan). He is survived by one brother, Michael Sullivan (Loraine); three daughters, Cristal Laury (Jason), April Sullivan, Samantha Sullivan (Niger); one grandchild Cassidi Laury; and a host of relative and friends.
