Elena graduated from university with the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
She was married to Jerome Small on June 19, 1980.
Elena worked in the Technical Field for Datapoint.
She had a passion for sewing, interior decorating and reading.
Elena was preceded in death by her parents, Aron and Rakhil Goldman, and Elena’s daughter, Marina Gurevich.
She is survived by her husband, Jerome, brother, Beryl Goldman, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Shearith Israel Memorial Park.
