Elizabeth Luna Monson, age 83, passed away on April 6,2020 in Garland, Texas. She was born on December 7, 1936 in Dallas, Texas to Fidencio and Seferina Luna. Elizabeth was raised in Little Mexico Village and graduated from St Ann's Catholic School in 1952.
She married Joe Monson in 1957 and the couple had 6 children. She was a Book-keeper/ Accounting at Family Business Stados Baking Co. where she worked for more than 40 plus years.
In her spare time Elizabeth enjoyed Bingo, Crocheting, Watching her Novelas, Puzzle Books, and Spending time with the Family.
Her family and friend will always remember her as loving and caring Mother and her sense of humor.
She is preceded in death by: Her Husband - Joe Monson, Sr.
Survived by:
Daughters - Mary Joseph Monson Cordova and Elizabeth Ann Monson Honzell.
Sons - Joe Monson Jr, Jesse and Tanny Monson, Edward Monson, Anthony & Shirley Monson.
Seven Grandchildren - Jennifer Cordova & Jon Thomas; Michaela Monson & Brandi Ing, Morgan Monson; Leigh Ann Honzell, Robert & Shelby Honzell; Shaun & Carolyn Monson; Joshua Monson (deceased)
Nine Great Grand Children. Sisters - Rebecca Luna and Aurora Luna Bazan. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
