Emma Gail Starkey passed away on February 29, 2020. The daughter of Curtis and Mary Fendley. Gail was born December 7, 1947 in Paris, Texas. She was a member of Valley Creek Church of Christ in Mesquite. She was a member of the Rebekahs and Red Hats.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy and parents, Curtis and Mary.
Gail is survived by her children, Tammie Cornelius and husband, Brent, Stephanie Hayes and husband, Harvey, Jr.; grandson, Preston Hayes and wife, Bethany; granddaughter, Katee Carson and husband, Brandon; great-granddaughter, Emma Hayes and Milagro Hayes; brothers, Curtis Fendley, Stevie Fendley, Jack Fendley and many nieces and nephews.
