Enoc Sanchez Escalona

Enoc Sanchez Escalona, 69, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024 in Plano, Texas. He was born February 7, 1955 in San Angelo, Texas to Jose Matamoros Escalona and Nestora Sanchez. Enoc was raised in San Angelo, Texas and graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1973.

Enoc proudly served his country as a SGT in the US Army for ten years. In 1982 he married Corina Bustamante in San Antonio, Texas and the couple had three step sons. He worked as a computer technician for the Federal Reserve Bank for more than fifteen years.

In his spare time Enoc enjoyed family, friends, music, afternoon walks, movies, food and cooking. His family and friends will always remember him as a loving husband devoted brother and caring person.

Enoc is survived by his wife, Corina Escalona; siblings, Josie Sanchez Escalona, Jose Sanchez Escalona and wife Josie Guajardo Escalona, Noemi Escalona Martin and husband Donald W Martin; step-children, Carlos, Enrique and Ernesto; seven grandchildren and fourteen nieces and nine nephews.

A visitation for Enoc will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A rosary will occur Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.
