Ernesto Cruz Alcorta 64, passed away July 21, 2012 in Dallas. Ernesto was born November 7, 1947 in Nuevo Laredo, Tampa Tamaulipas to Juan Ignacio Cruz and Marie Candelaria Alcorta. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his sister, Maria Vasquez and daughter, Anita Marie. Ernesto is survived by his wife, Ana Maria; sons, Ernesto Jr., Cesar and wife Rebecca, Eric, Javier and wife Elizabeth; grandson, Matthew; granddaughters, Becki Marie, Amanda Michelle, Victoria and Natalie; great grandson, Jaden Andrew; sisters, Norma Deanda, and husband Jose, Martha Castillo, Sylvia Garza and husband Damian, Santa Morado and husband Victor, Diana Ruz, Sonia Day, husband Benjamin; brother, Ramon Cruz; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. Visitation will be from 12 to 8:30 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2012 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Hill North Chapel. Interment at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
