Ethel was born on December 20, 1938 to the late Utah Draper and Eva Warren-Draper in Dallas, TX. She attended Dallas Public Schools. Ethel was a devout Jehovah Witness and served and mentored for than forty years. Ethel was employed with Chase Bag Company for many years and later in life became a dedicated domestic housekeeper fulfilling her passion to always help others. She enjoyed watching Westerns, Sports, and most of all spending time with her Family. She is preceded in death by her father Utah Draper; mother Eva Warren-Draper; Sister Wynona Fletcher; Brother Melvin Draper; Daughter Sandra Turner.
