Passed away October 31, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born to Minah and William L. Hartman on November 15, 1929 in Tulsa, OK. Evelyn grew up in Dallas, taught at St. Cecilia Catholic School and was married fifty-six years to Bradford W. Sistrunk, who preceded her in death in 2010 . She worked at Nellcor Puritan-Bennett for twenty years as an Office Manager; loved singing, dancing, cooking, playing the piano and was always the life of the party. Evelyn is survived by her sons Bruce, Paul and Wayne Sistrunk and daughter Mary Milan. She is also survived by four adored grandchildren, Tempie, Kyle, Jessica and April, as well as four great-grandchildren.
